Spring Wireless is a Brazil-based company with over 450 enterprise customers worldwide, with many in the Fortune 500. Though highly successful in Brazil, the challenge for Spring Wireless has been to increase awareness and market share in the U.S. In addition, they were looking for ways to increase engagement with a highly selective audience—the CIOs of targeted Fortune 500 companies. Spring Wireless approached Design Energy to help solve this highly complex problem.

Design Energy conducted numerous roundtable discussions with the Spring Wireless management team in order to fully understand their current offerings and future plans. Out of these discussions, we were able to provide them with a new strategic framework for the Spring Wireless brand in the U.S., along with a well-honed messaging platform for all future communications.

An extremely bold first-to-market decision was made to leverage the heavy iPad usage among the CIOs together with the success of mSeries (their highly configurable mobile enterprise solution). The Design Energy team created a custom mobile marketing app for the iPad. The app also incorporated three videos: a brief history of Spring Wireless; a message from the new CEO, and a guided solutions tour. The app has since turned out to be a unique sales tool for Spring Wireless to engage customers worldwide.
